For those of us bound by the restrictions of today’s fast-paced world (where streetlights take the place of shooting stars and our electronic devices outnumber our houseplants!), the resonance of nature is sometimes difficult to feel. I have dedicated much of my adult life to reconnecting with that depth of spirit that only comes from feeling nature from within.
In recent years, I have slowly but surely developed a network of connective ties that bind me to this resonance: PSYCH-K®, in particular, has made me a more centered, positive and grateful person and has allowed me to clear my mind of self-limiting beliefs that I had been carrying around, needlessly, for a very long time.
