This is for NEW AZ DRIVERS who are looking for a job in the trucking industry,but can't find one due to lack of training or they fail in the Employer's Road Test.
Every Employer asks for at-least 1 to 3 years of Experience and a clean Driver's Abstract and CVOR. We train New Drivers on-the-job, help them become "Job-Ready". Usually the training is for 2-3 days. It covers Professional CMV inspection, Log-book, Manual transmission, Shifting the gears without using the clutch, Load Securement, Border crossing and Backing Up into difficult docks.
