Trained as a Psychotherapist, Addiction and Mental Health Therapist, certified as a Solution-Focused Therapist and Professional Coach, Mr. Tian has been practicing in various clinical settings, including the Centre for Addictions and Mental Health (CAMH), Addiction Service for York Region (ASYR), Blue Hills Child and Family Centre, and currently Griffin Centre and in his private practice.
Mr. Tian has accumulated with more than 12 years of experiences and expertise working with child, youth, and families, and clients with addictive behaviours, mental health concerns, developmental disorders, and chronic diseases though individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapies. Frequently Mr. Tian works with clients on issues related to couple/family, parenting, interpersonal relationships, work related stress, cultural adjustment, personal wellbeing, sexual health concerns, psychological crises, chronic illness, injuries, developmental disabilities, trauma, loss and grief, and other mental health issues.
