I was having computer problems, running out of usage storage and some software was not working properly because of it. I emailed Vince my concerns and he was able to help coach me through the necessary steps to repair the concerns myself. I was reluctant at first as I just wanted the problems fixed but by the end, I felt more knowledgeable and independent in managing future computer related issues.
