Welcome to Northridge Counselling! I enjoy working with a holistic approach to therapy and I believe that as human beings, we are not only physical, emotional and social beings, but also spiritual. By attending to all four aspects of your personhood, I will support you in your journey to find meaning and purpose in your life which will assist you in your journey to healing. I have worked with both individuals and couples who experience addictions, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, and problems with transitions in life, especially seniors.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario and a Pastoral Counsellor with the Canadian Association for Spiritual Care. I have been a spiritual care specialist and pastoral counsellor for over 10 years and have worked in parishes, hospitals and mental healthcare facilities. I am currently in private practice in London, Ontario. Throughout my career as a Spiritual Care Specialist and Pastoral Counsellor, I have made it a priority to take continuing education courses in order to update my skills. Currently I am pursuing a certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Guelph.
