I believe that we are all able to improve our relationships - both with ourselves and with others. Through active listening, literal and metaphorical communication, and open-minded encouragement, I'll guide you to find and trust your own strengths to uplift your life. I will assist you in identifying your blind spots, allowing you to move successfully through trying situations, life transitions and crisis. Ultimately, promoting transformation to facilitate healing and growth. I've been working in programs helping immigrant women integrate into the community for 14 years, providing Multicultural Counselling at the Halton Women's Centre since 2009. I have been in private practice since 2013, doing psychotherapy with adults of various cultural backgrounds, religions, gender, and sexual orientation in both English and Spanish.
