One might have all hardwood flooring and minimal area rugs, the other might have mostly wall-to-wall carpeting AND many area rugs on top of that! Each team member is checked for criminal history and employment references. The cleaning team has a direct and personal training. Each of the cleaners sign agreements to ensure confidentiality and honesty is maintained at all times. In addition, customers can trust us with honest and accurate billing information. Should a break occur, customers can expect a call from us right away. We do not keep secrets, we want our customers to know everything about their service with us. ROTATIONAL CLEANING This service provides a rotational cleaning of all the items you might not need to be cleaned every time we visit. It also allows us to provide the best value for your dollar and keep the quality high. We suggest a rotational cleaning schedule that is right for your home and budget. Our philosophy is to use our clients’ cleaning tools and supplies - that way, everything is your own and used in your home only! • Microfiber twist mop and wringer bucket . (Optional depending on floor type) • Functioning, full sized vacuum cleaner - vacuums help remove dust and allergens in your home. • Double-sided sponges - one for the kitchen, one for the bathrooms. • Microfiber cloths - J cloths do not count. Minimum 1-2 per room. • Toilet bowl brush - with a bowl brush container. • Step Ladder - if you wish for us to reach higher areas. We cannot use anything aside from a step ladder and without one, please note we won’t be able to clean anything higher than arm’s reach. What cleaning products do I need to have? • Glass Cleaner – such as Windex, we recommend plain white vinegar and water, mixed in a spray bottle. • All-Purpose Cleaner - such as Pine-Sol or Mr Clean. • Abrasive Cleaner – such as cream vim and sprays or magic eraser. • Disinfectant – disinfectant wipes such as Clorox. • Dish Soap – a very safe, pH neutral cleaner used for cleaning dishes and several other parts of the home which require a mild cleanser. The hours required to clean are based on factors such as home size, service frequency, specific needs, pets, general tidiness, fixtures and finishes.
