Vidya Institute is dedicated to the teaching of classical Yoga and ancient wisdom traditions in a way that highlights their relevance to our contemporary world.
At the heart of our teachings is a belief in a holistic approach to health and self-transformation- an approach that takes into consideration the whole person. Our workshops, year courses and training programs reflect this intention. We also offer a variety of drop in Asana classes, as well as individual consultations. Vidya programs are open to both local and international students, particularly those with an interest in continuing education as professionals or teachers of Yoga.
