Claim to have a free consultation and inspection on their website, yet once they show up and give you an expensive quote and you say no. They then try and charge you for a "free" inspection. Not a good way to start a potential business arrangement with lies. Then threaten legal action. Maybe put "free inspection" only with service as to not be deceitful
