Jay Deleskie’s appreciation for superior customer satisfaction began back in his 20s as a sophisticated dining room server in some of Western Canada’s finest resorts. It was during this phase of his career that he learned to embrace the values of class, respect and attention to detail.
Jay entered Vancouver Island’s real estate inner-circle in the spring of 2007 and began his career as a licensed realtor with Coldwell Banker, winning some of the highest presidents circle and ultimate service awards. His negotiating talents and eye for investments quickly earned him a reputation as one of the region’s most coveted agents for buying, selling and leasing. Engel & Volkers appealed to Jay for its true international reach that started outside of his continent and felt its strong international beginnings would be of most benefit to his growing client base. Jay currently lives in Central Vancouver Island with his wife and two children where he now focuses primarily on real estate consulting and local charity.
