My name is Émilie and I’m a patient, dynamic, challenging and critical French tutor born and raised in Québec. I have a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Certificate in teaching French as a second language. My tutoring is a step by step pedagogy focussed on the student’s interests and needs. It’s very important for me that people feel comfortable enough with me to make mistakes while trying their best :) I use different successful Grammar books (written in France and in Québec) Power point presentations that I built for conversation topics or grammar subjects. I live with 3 other people and 2 cats in Montréal. I do volunteer work for social justice organizations in the city. I'm also an educator in consent and in creating safer spaces. I'm bilingual French-English. It'll be a pleasure to meet you, share my work with you and help you better your skills in French ! :)
