Hey everyone!! My name is Natacha and I'm a mother of 2 crazy little ones (age 6 and 3) and I'm also a step mother of a very talented young teenager!! I started my journey because I was becoming unhappy with myself. My energy was so low, my patience could of been a lot better. I've came to realize that in order to become happier I had to think about ME and start taking care of MYSELF. I started to eat healthier, train harder and just as little as 2 months I am already feeling a lot better! I have increased my strength, my energy, I'm feeling more alive then ever :).
