I just spent $300.00 on a lawnmower repair by Frank and my lawnmower is still NOT working!!! He never told me the total cost BEFORE he began working on it. He asked ME to order a part but didn't know the cost of this part beforehand but still charged me $140.00 to fix it unsuccessfully the first time knowing full well he had to come back to install the part (which ended up costing another $150.00 to buy and install). I did ask him if the machine would definitely work after I spend ANOTHER $150.00 to repair it and he said "yes" but it still doesn't work! This guy takes NO responsibility for his actions and doesn't understand his customers' frustration. He has NO website....no address for his business....I doubt he is even registered. Basically, don't do business with somebody like this...take your machine to a reputable store that will give you a price before fixing it just like a real mechanic does. He left me high and dry...$300.00 out of pocket!!!
