Oxford Learning Centres was founded in the mid-1980s by education experts interested in creating a learning program based on how children actually learn. There are now more than 100 locations in North America, helping students reach their learning potential for a lifetime, in just an hour or two a week. Students develop the necessary skills and habits to succeed, using more than memory work to master subjects. To improve grades, motivation and confidence, Oxford Learning has four core programs FOR students from the age of three up to grade 12. To get good grades, students need to fully grasp the subject matter. That is why it's so important to learn how to learn - it means being capable of integrating and retaining new information. Oxford teaches students how to learn and mentally organize information so that it makes sense, turning them into independent learners. Oxford has the only program teaching students this.
