I contracted Marbrook Homes to control the building of my family's new home just a few years ago, having little to no knowledge of proper building processes and details working first hand with the owner {expletive} was really helpful. I could tell he was honest and proved he made all possible efforts to provide me with the best prices and trades who would get the job done correctly and in a timely manner. I was worried about having trouble following along with the building process and managing my finances but the trades and prices provided did not change from original estimates, which I believe was also because {expletive} the owner was firm when dealing with trades and suppliers. I would definitely recommend these custom home builders and if the day ever comes somewhere in the future I would definitely use them again. I am extremely satisfied with their work to this date.
