Welcome to Grace's Heart!
Why call my website "gracesheart", well it is a tribute to my mother who I lost in 2004 and it has taken me quite awhile to get over my loss. My website is devoted to Health - I wanted to give YOU the opportunity to find what you need to be happy. You will find information on the 4 elements of health - Physical, Emotional, Spiritual, and Mental. I also, did put some Motivation tips in there. I feel it is not up to me to tell you what to do to be healthy just advise you of the different things that might be helpful to you. I have included my email so you can always ask me more questions or even give me some suggestions on how to make my website more valuable to you the client. I am not a health care professional just someone who wants to provide information so you can speak to your health care professional to see if anything I have let you know about can help you!!!!!
