Went for 1 hour massage. Asked for payment up front, but 15 mins later breaks down saying her mother just passed away. Tried to be understanding and agreed to rescheduled. As my vehicle was a rental I had for that weekend, told her I would be able to return.She offered the following as good customer service: 1. 1.5 hour massage 2. Outcall at no extra cost I told her I just need my 1 hour massage, but it would have to be at my place as I would not have a vehicle after that day. She agreed readily. Since then she has avoided all calls, sms and emails. I even offered to pay an extra $20 for the outcall as a meet in the middle amicably resolve the issue, but she did not respond. I don't like dishonest people.
