My integrated holistic session combines intuitive guidance, mediumship communications, hypnotic journeying, energy work and transpersonal counselling into an effective space for you to heal, release trauma, integrate positive changes on all levels of your being.
I operate from a holistic and spiritual perspective, preferring to work with you as a timeless spiritual being on a sacred journey of personal exploration, rather than the old-fashioned belief that you are ‘broken’ and need fixing. I am trained as a Reiki master, spiritualist medium, master of hypnotherapy and past life regression facilitator for 13 years, as well as a holistic counsellor for eight years.
