Description

My name is Nick and Healthy Homes was created out of my passion for homes and details. I am a certified home inspector and a certified thermal imaging technician.
I have been involved with general contracting and different trades for over 15 years, I wanted to incorporate all of my skills and knowledge into one area, Home Inspections. I have experience from the ground up by building foundations to framing custom homes to landscaping. I am well versed in the trades and as my experience grew. I am very goal oriented and enjoy the challenges of finding defects and recognizing skilled work. Having a keen eye is essential, and I pride myself in being attentive to details and solution focused. I have great people skills and I’m proud to say I’m fluently bilingual. I'm a Realtor who often refers Nick as one of the professionals that I trust with my buyers, or for a pre-inspection to get a home ready for sale. What I like about Nick is his straightforward, knowledgeable assessment of the pros and cons of each home that he inspects. He gives clients a good overall idea of the scope of each issue that arises and the best course of action to remediate it, and helps to separate serious, "walk-away" type issues from those that should be renegotiated or simply acknowledged as an aspect of the property. I feel comfortable recommending him to anyone who would appreciate his high standard of service and knowledge, and I have hired him myself in the past, both for inspection and for remediation of some property deficiencies.
