My name is Doug Strong, and I joined Herbalife in January 2015 with the goal of becoming healthier. After my first month of drinking Herbalife shakes and tea with aloe, I lost 15 lbs! I'm now down 30lbs since the start of my journey and want to share these amazing results with others.

I love Herbalife. If you are like me with struggling to lose weight or looking for a healthy meal replacement shake look no further Herbalife has many different flavors of shakes which makes making them and drinking them all that more appealing. Some of the flavors are chocolate, cookies and cream, latte just to name a few. With the right diet and exercise and incorporating the shakes into your daily routine if weight loss is something your looking for you will see results. Doug is my distributor and there are such a wide variety of products other then the shakes. Doug can answer your questions about products and has great advice to give along with it! I ordered my Shakes and within 2-4 days I had them.
