My name is Sam, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CanFitPro Certified) with many years of weightlifting experience, along with that i have played competitive sports for many years. Ice hockey for 10 years, competitive soccer for 11 years, Junior High School soccer team, and High School soccer team.
Ive been active for the majority of my life, and have always had a passion for sports, being active and being in good physical shape. My mission is to help people realize there full potential. I will be there to help YOU reach YOUR full potential. I am and will be your coach first and will support you along the way, and help you reach your fitness goals.
