John Kupresak is a seasoned veteran in the Construction Industry, with over 25 years of both “hands-on” and “project management” experience. As a designated Master Carpenter, he has done everything from constructing a 200’ x 100’ storage structure to building a child’s tree fort in the back yard. Commercial or Residential — no job is too big or too small.
John is the President of the company and will personally consult with you on your job, providing experienced recommendations. John approaches his work with a friendly, can-do attitude. Growing up in Western Canada, John has that open and inviting demeanor, and carefully listens to his clients requirements. Iron Oak believes there is more to construction than physical labour. As John says with a smile, “Quality construction is more than just the ability to swing a hammer, and although I do this quite well, stellar results come from the ability to use your mind as well.” Experience is key when it comes to finding efficiencies and workable solutions, and John is your man. John is schooled in the construction business, and has many connections and suppliers in the industry. This enables Iron Oak to provide competitive pricing on materials, and lower the soft costs (permits, blueprints, etc.) of the job. In most cases, Iron Oak tends to shy away from subcontractors, as we prefer to do the job ourselves, to ensure it is completed on time, and in accordance with our high standards.
