Price of Hardwood Installation: $1.25 per sqft (Price includes all materials needed for installation. E.g. Cleets, finish nails, Carpenter glue, and wax paper). Price of Laminate Installation: $1.00 per sqft (Price includes all materials needed for installation. E.g. Underlay and PL glue). Price of Glue down Engineered Floor: $1.50 per sqft Price of Designs varies according to the specific details of layout. Price of Repairs/Servicing may also be discussed in detail at inspection.
