I am frustrated, I am unsure of how to clearly express my needs to others and follow through I need a change, I want to play an active role in my life and live authentically I am unhappy, I want to break out of a life style that no longer suits me I feel confused, I don't know what to do after high school or university. Hi my name is Julie Saumure. As a life coach, my clients come to me to assist them in reconnecting with their inner most authentic self to live a happier, healthier and purpose driven life. Through a variety of exercises such as visualisations, role playing, self assessment and focused reflections and discussions I support my clients in a process of self discovery. After working with me, you will have a deeper connection with yourself, get on a path towards a life you are proud to live – resulting in a happier, healthier, more vibrant and strong self ready to achieve your goals, communicate your needs and confront life stresses. If you are between the age of 17 and 35 or just someone on a self discovery journey wanting direction and someone to guide you through this path, I am the coach for you.
