I am a proud father of two wonderful children, and the time I spend with them is precious and valuable. I can relate to all parents—we want the best for our kids. After my son was born and placed in my hands for the first time I was in awe. I couldn’t stop asking myself, “What kind of life could I give my child?”
A large part of my experience as a real estate agent stems from fulfilling the special needs of my own family. In 2005, my wife Nancy and I moved to the Brooklin community just North of Whitby. We lived there for six years, during which time our first child was born. I was working all over the GTA, so commuting was no issue for me, while Nancy did most of her work from home. As her business grew, she opened her own office on the opposite side of the city. When our second child was born, we decided that it was time to find a new home to better suit our expanding family’s needs. After a lot of time and research we were successful!
I understand how important it is for each parent to fulfill their children’s needs when looking for a home. There are many factors to consider, such as house size, neighbourhood safety, school ratings, daycare proximity . . . the list goes on and on. The good news is that the burdens of home buying are greatly reduced when you have someone like me, who understands what you’re feeling and going through, to help you every step of the way. I’ve been there!
I am a lifelong resident of the Caledonia-Fairbank district and have extensive knowledge of the surrounding communities, as well as the city of Vaughan (typically the Maple communities). My insider knowledge will be a valuable asset when finding the right property for you. I have 12 years of electrical and construction experience, so my knowledge in the housing industry puts me above most competitors. I will give you reliable advice, point out areas of concern and interest, and recommend an extensive list of professional services.
I continue learning by attending all of CREA’s continuing education courses as well as industry related seminars to keep up-to-date with today’s technology and marketing strategies. I am committed to professionalism and client satisfaction, and I am very passionate about what I do. I strongly believe in educating my clients so that they can make informed decisions.
