We've had some difficulties at this particular East Side Mario's including long wait time, odd conditions placed on promotional offer (conditions seemed to be at this location only - though this issue occurred some time ago and is more than likely resolved) and this last visit, we were served chicken strips that were still cold in the middle. None of these have been catastrophes, but it does prevent me from giving a whole hearted recommendation. On the upside, the food is usually delicious, the decor is fantastic (I love all the chandeliers) and the staff is welcoming and friendly. Most entrees are in the $15 - $20 range, but come with unlimited soup or salad and bread. The pizza on the children's menu is served on a wood board, thin crust and deliciously fun for kids.
