As a member of Goodlife, I have the opportunity to visit different Goodlife locations. This Women's Onl;y club is convenient since it is located in a Real Canadian Superstore. You can have a great workout and do all your shopping in one trip! One thing I've noticed though, is that you can really smell food and bakery items being prepared in the store while you are working out. Not sure if they do this on purpose to make you buy more downstairs. Great location, with friendly staff and usually not crowded. Clean and well kept, with televisions and current magazines to read while you are working out. I only wish they would open later on Thursdays and Fridays (They close at 8PM on these days, while M-W they close at 10PM).
