I use the metagenics products from Firstline Nutrition which is a Naturopathic line. Products are dispersed based on a quantatiive qustionnaire that scores your health issue and matches the difficiency to the best herbal or vitamin. I find this method is spot on for my family and it really cuts down on the geuss work! Richards advice is guided by research and he provides the data if you ask. We have wasted so much money in the past trying things that just didn't work as effectively or were the wrong combinations that were creating more issues. Richard's store carries other naturopathc lines which are trypically more expensive than generic brands but investing in health is worth it for my family!
