Overall I was truly satisfied with my experience. I found your driver pretty cool to chat with and when I paid with my Visa the process was so smooth. I previously used Keys to Us and while they were ok, I had to wait too long for them to write out the slip. Nothing was as awful as DD 4 Less. When I attempted to use my credit card the owner seemed annoyed and I stood there for ages while he processed it from his car. It seemed he was putting other customers needs ahead of mine. When I called back to complain, he talked over me and made it all about him. What a NARCISIS. Thanks for your help.
