Sears Canada Inc

ordered an item from furniture dept month or more ago was told it would be here on tuesday about week to come in. i checked about 2 weeks later got the usual run around called several time never ever get thru to that dept they just don,t answer phone i've been there phone gets ignored now month or two later stll can't get answer still no bed frame which was ordered like I say ages ago. Worst store ever talk of the city about Sears poor service mixed up when trying to order something.As you can tell I'm totally fed up, would never place another order thru charlottetown store nor would most of my friends Thank you for the POOR SERVICE
