Security Watch

I just called in to ask for information and instructions on how to properly power down our system since we don't use it or pay for it and I was very rudely spoken to and told, "call 911 if you can't figure it out" and "I have paying customers to monitor, I don't have time to help you". I was then very rudely hung up on. Thanks for nothing.
