Worst property management of apt. bldg.at 1311 Stanley Ave. Mr. Ring breaks fire prevention regulations that endanger the safety of tenants. Does not use licensed plumbers, electricians, or washer/dryer maintenance/repair people. Does hardly any real work at all. Carpets in halls never have been power washed. And on & on. He is disrespectful to tenants, & when questioned answers with "I'm the manager".
