We eat here regularly and have never had bad service. The food is always great. We especially love the giant apple pancake - delicious! If you show up on a busy night - like weekends in the summer, the wait may be a bit longer but it is a popular tourist area and is to be expected. Try the Eggs Benedict Trio if you get a chance it's a wonderful twist on the original and one of my favs.
