The worst experience ever! Shifty tactics/high pressure sales and crappy sales & service dept. If you want to subject yourself to this sort of environment, make sure you get everything in writing or tape every word because they also have selective memory.They will say anything to get you to buy and then deny saying it. The person we dealt with had an expired sales license. Many people do not know about AMVIC but another dealership told us and we now have a file open against SPH as well as a file with CAMVAP because their service dept was unable to diagnose and repair our brand new vehicles problems
