The Source a retail store located all across Canada selling all sorts of electronics. I generally have great experiences with The Source but the one at Scarborough Town Centre gave me the most grief. Not only was the sales representative unpleasant and unprofessional; the manager would not honour the warranty on a product I previously purchased. The receipt was presented, the product was legitimately damaged. I had to travel to another Source in order to get my warranty honoured and took my product to be serviced. If ever you require more from the sales representative from The Source, I recommend another branch.
