Cherry Point Marina is a nearly condemned dump inhabited by chronic alcoholics who do not follow any proper business protocols. They are abusive to customers and want you to sign waivers to remove them from any liability for their negligence. Information about them can be obtained by inquiring with the locals at other nearby Marinas. Your property is not safe at this location.
