I bought a heat pump over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it! The person that sold it to me is abrasive and obnoxious ! They will not answer emails or phone calls! For repairs! I could say a lot more but I am going to a lawyer to get options! Buy from anyone but this company. I know of at least 3 customers who have problems with Traders Hearth
