Well I have to say I have nothing but good things to say about this compassionate team to went well above and beyond when our beloved mare Lou went down early in January!It was bitterly cold and literally every other vet we called was either to busy to care about a 36+ year old mare or it was too cold...unbelievable! I reached out to a contact in Perth and they immediately directed me to this Vet and his team. When I called and chatted with their Receptionist I explained a few things and she immediately reached out to see where the mobile team was on the road-within 1 hour they had turned around (they were returning to base) and came all the way back to within a mile of where they were just completed a call. They immediately assessed and agreed with us that our mare should have to be put down. It was a heart wrenching and tough choice but they gave us both time to say good bye. This vet and his assistant stayed with us awhile to make sure everything was ok with us before leaving-THAT IS A SPECIAL TEAM!
