Very disappointing episode where I was not informed of the service limitations (I specifically asked for to the door when they only deliver to an airport). This would have been ok however I was unable to collect immediately and racked up storage costs with the local agent. Aaaarrrgggghhh!When I tried to discuss this matter with them they evaded the key point relating to what I was promised over and over. Be very careful using these guys! I hope I won't need to file a formal complaint with the Canadian Transportation Agency....
