Beecroft Appliance Repair

BEWARE..........BEWARE.........NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE BAD...... CHARGED ME $237 WITHOUT SOLVING PROBLEM. I got set up service call via Whirlpool and ended with this supplier for fixing my washer. BAD LUCK!!!! Technician came to fix and in 1st visit asked to change Shift actuator, after replacing actuator surprise... it's not working, so he asked to replace motor now... and asking me for total $500 plus for fixing all together. I asked to stop and asked to take actuator back and technician mentioned that I will be charged for service call $130 only, but they charged me $237 including parts which have not solved any problem. On top of this the put wrong notes in account, so if I complain back to Whirlpool then I won't get any help back from anywhere. IT'S LIKE A BIG TRAP... This company is BAD as they do not diagnosing problems properly at first place and then keeping ongoing diagnosis, which never resolves problem and customer have to end up paying for bad treatment.
