I called this company and one in chatham 2 weeks ago!!! I still have the plumbing problem. I called last week and was told his machine was down and he would come friday. Then friday came and I got a call saying he can't come until Monday. Well it's Tuesday night and I have had no phone call or plumber show up!! How is this a professional way to be with people who have serious plumbing problems?? This is the 3rd week I've been dealing with it
