I have had good service at this store a few times, but I've also walked in and felt like we weren't "rich" enough for someone to help us. We've ordered furniture from here a few times, only to be told that they don't have it in stock.. or that they only have partial stock - and then have to wait weeks for it to come in. I don't like getting the run around. Some of the sales people are fantastic, and others are just terrible.
