Tried coming here last night, because the storefront had flashing signs and looked so obviously open. Walked up, and there were a couple of people dining. And I asked "are you open"? They said NO. And then I asked, "Well, can I order take-out? "No, we're closed!" I told them that they looked pretty open. I honestly believe that if I wasn't wearing a napsack from school, they would have gladly an willingly served me. Very un-cool that a restaurant can have such bright street lights on, indicating that it's open, and then not even accept more diners. Either they're business averse, or some ne'er-do-well forgot to turn off ALL of the open signs. Not impressed. Ended up going for sushi.
