First Choice Collision

I have taken my vehicle there twice and both times had problems. 1st time the bumper was not put on properly i could look through my truck to the ground by 2 inches so i took it back and had fix it. They were reluctant. 2nd time very poor communication skills by staff. My car was not completed when i went back to pick up and they told me i would have to bring the vehicle in next week for parts to be put on vehicle. I was upset as i asked them to tell me right away if there was any parts or hold up on vehicle when i brought it in. They seemed to not care if it was an incovenience to customer. So both times was not satisfied and the staff need to brush up on their manners.
