I've never been more frustrated. Their support used to be excellent, and now it is extremely slow. They are unhelpful and their process is slow an inefficient. Requests like subdomain creation, database creation, etc can take SEVERAL DAYS, something that can usually be done in a hour tops. The times they tell you are complete lies (one hour turns to three turns to a day). On top of this, their server speed and response is not good. Would've recommended them before, not anymore. Bad experience.
