In Augusts 2017, I took my Macbook Air into Mike at this shop and got OUTSTANDING, friendly, quick and successful service. He found a cheaper and easier way to fix the problem than I had anticipated, and was a pleasure to deal with. I think the reviewer must have been dealing with previous owners. The new operation is terrific!
