Lisi Mechanical are the biggest crooks in the plumbing, steamfitting and mechanical industry. They have made their money by acting as a unionized company but operating as a non Union company. They hire their friends and family and get them into the union, pay them over time and time and a half while everyone else is hired from local 46 Union and is payed straight time. They scare their employees to not say anything by threatening their job. They burden apprentices by forcing them to run jobs on their own with out supervision and proper knowledge. They lack proper planning skills so every job falls behind, they rush the job to catch up and do shotty work so they can comeback and back charge. They do not do background checks so perverts and ex cons could be Doing work in your condo suite. I would save yourself the head ache and not hire Lisi to work on your house, condo, or job site.
