Olympus Moving Corp

Showed up an hour late even though I confirmed the previous day and I was told everything was in order. The excuse was there was an emergency over the weekend. I called sunday to confirm. Then the movers don't start moving 20 mins after they reached. After they loaded the truck they left immediately (at least 15 mins before we left) and arrived 15 mins after we reached the new place. Overall for the second leg of the move they were very slow. I had to pay for a full hour when it took them 45 mins. I complained afterwards but no one was willing to help since I already paid them everything. (Also the drive to the new place only took us 25 mins - they took double the time). There was no damage to the furniture and they were fine in terms of friendliness. But the fact that no one was willing to do anything after I had paid was unacceptable, given that they were late and for the second leg of the move, talking on the phone and folding wrapping cloths when they couldve been moving things in. I had to help.
