You may chose to work out in a gym (Maple Ridge Recreation Centre or Club 16 Trevor Linden Fitness, for example), outdoors, or in your own home. All necessary equipment is provided for a balanced workout experience. “Functional Fitness Training” will be incorporated into Personal Training programs for those who would like to feel stronger for performing real life activities.
Nordic walking classes appeal to those who love the outdoors, enjoy a group atmosphere, and desire a gentle to moderate, whole-body toning and fat-burning experience. This exercise is great for pre-season conditioning for skiers and golfers. Gymstick is an amazing new fitness tool that incorporates resistance tubing developed to effectively improve your whole body fitness. It is ideal for increasing cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility, muscle toning, and fat loss.
